The
Law Offices of Ronald J. Wronko are headed by Mr. Wronko who
received his legal training working at two of New Jersey's most
preeminent law firms. While at those firms, Mr. Wronko honed
his skills by providing legal services to regional, national,
and international corporations. He now applies these skills in
his own practice
for businesses and individuals who seek the attention,
professionalism, and service that one can expect from large firm
attorneys.
Mr. Wronko most recently won a jury trial in a malpractice matter pending in the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Essex County. He has successfully litigated numerous plaintiff's employment matters against companies ranging in size from international corporations to small businesses and is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association's Employment Law Section. He has successfully litigated personal injury matters against construction contractors, bar owners, and motor vehicle drivers. He has also handled family and matrimonial disputes in all phases, including mediation and trial. He has argued matters before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, which is the second highest court in the U.S., as well as New Jersey and New York State and Federal courts.
Mr. Wronko is a former associate of the national law firm
of Drinker Biddle & Shanley LLP. Mr. Wronko enjoyed a broad
litigation practice at Drinker Biddle. He litigated cases involving
breaches of contract, including employment, international joint
marketing, and distribution agreements. He managed multi-million
dollar, environmental insurance coverage lawsuits through the
pleadings, deposition, expert, and mediation phases. Mr. Wronko’s
experience at Drinker Biddle extended beyond just commercial
and insurance litigation. He also litigated cases involving
multi-vehicle, tractor-trailer accidents, and workplace, premises
liability lawsuits. He managed divorce proceedings involving
complex asset allocation issues and marital personal injury
claims. He also represented battered women in domestic violence
disputes. In addition to his litigation experience, he also
acted as a mediator for the Morris County mediation program.
He was also formerly associated with the firm of McCarter
& English, LLP, New Jersey’s oldest and largest law firm.
As an associate, he defended nation-wide and state class action
lawsuits as well as individual lawsuits. He handled matters
involving insurance marketing fraud, wrongful termination, and
contractual disputes for large corporations. He also assisted a
Rwandan refugee in obtaining asylum in the United States.
Mr. Wronko began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable
Thomas F. Shebell, Jr., Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior
Court, Appellate Division. He assisted Judge Shebell and other
appellate division jurists in formulating opinions covering
a wide variety of legal issues.
Mr. Wronko is a graduate of Rutgers University Law School
– Newark. As a law student at Rutgers, he won first place in
oral argument and best brief in the David Cohn intramural moot
court competition. By virtue of his victory in the David Cohn
competition, he then represented Rutgers in the national moot
court tournament hosted by the Association of the Bar of the
City of New York. He led the Rutgers team to the final round
for the first time in over a decade. He was also a Managing
Articles Editor of the Computer & Technology Law Journal.
