The Firm has represented numerous clients in matters before the New Jersey Appellate Division, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Most recently, the Firm won a key victory in the matter of Holtzberg v. Board of Review, A-4429-09T4. In that case, the Board of Review had affirmed a denial of unemployment benefits. The Firm won a rare reversal of the Board of Review's decision before the New Jersey Appellate Division.

Mr. Wronko began his legal career as a New Jersey Appellate Division law clerk for the Honorable Thomas Shebell, Jr., P.J.A.D. (ret.).
